The Biodiesel plant of RapSol GmbH is running since May 2007.

Production

The main technology  parts of the plant are:

 2 RME-4000 transesterfication batch units

 social building with an modern laboratory

 storage hall for vegetable oils

 over ground Biodiesel storage

 underground storages methanol, raw-glycerol and wash/soap phase

We are able to produce in a 24h run per day round about 7.200mt Biodiesel, round about 900mt raw glycerol and   round about 1.200mt wash/soap water phase per year (max).
